DOE PRO XL 2010 (ver. 2.34.0080)
The following designs have been added in the "Non-Computer Aided" Design selection option. These designs are larger designs which are typically used when executing DOEs on deterministic simulators.
- Taguchi L32
- 5 Factor Box-Behnken (46 Runs)
- 6 Factor Box-Behnken (54 Runs)
- 7 Factor Box-Behnken (62 Runs)
- 9 Factor Box-Behnken (130 Runs)
- 10 Factor Box-Behnken (170 Runs)
- 7 Factor Central Composite Design (Res VII) (80 runs)
- 7 Factor Central Composite Design (Full Factorial) (144 Runs)
- 8 Factor Central Composite Design (Res V) (82 Runs)
- 8 Factor Central Composite Design (Res VIII) (146 Runs)
- 9 Factor Central Composite Design (Res VI) (148 Runs)
- 10 Factor Central Composite Design (Res V) (150 Runs)
- 11 Factor Central Composite Design (Res V) (152 Runs)
- 4 Factor Full Factorial (81 Runs)
- 5 Factor Full Factorial (243 Runs)
- 6 Factor Full Factorial (729 Runs)
- 7 Factor Full Factorial (2187 Runs)
The ability to Add or Remove responses is now
available from the "Modify Design" - "Add / Remove Outputs" menu item.

When calculating the regression in Uncoded
Coefficients ("DOE Pro" - "Analyze Design" - "Uncoded Coefficients")
by default the resulting regression table will not display p-values.
The p-values typically changed when the regression is in uncoded
units as a result of the loss of orthogonality. Since the model
should be reduced in coded units and then converted to uncoded
units, the p-values are not needed in uncoded units and we found
they confused the user. If you want to display the p-values anyway,
you can turn this option back on in the About Menu ("DOE Pro" -
"About" - "Settings").
