SPC XL 2007 supports a new feature called Cumulative Frequency Distribution (CFD), sometimes called an Ogive.

Source Data - In the example below, a single column of data. (The CFD will work for multiple columns, also.)

Select "SPC XL" - "Quality Tools" - "CFD".

Excel Integration
